Project elements include:
— Work with client to develop SEMICON West story ideas for press release
— Write show press release
— Craft email media pitch
— Identify company spokespersons
— Develop key messages for the media
— Create target media list
— Create target industry analyst list (for publicly traded companies)
— Integrate media campaign with other client activities including direct mail,
scheduled technology demonstrations, hospitality suite programs, etc.
— Create media campaign timeline; provide regular updates to client.
— Assemble and distribute 25 digital press kits that include photos, press releases, company fact sheet, product sheets.
— Contact targeted industry reporters and analysts by email and phone
— Schedule interviews between reporters/analysts and client experts
— Electronic newswire distribution of press release to trade and business press
— Provide on site media coordination (8 hours)
